Delivery Information

    Deliveries are delivered by courier within and outside the Netherlands. The courier handles the deliveries outside the Netherlands. We strive to within 3 to 5 days after receipt of your payment to ship your order. It may happen that a product is not in stock. In that case you will hear when product is delivered well in advance up to 30 days after your payment is received. For delivery for large bbq's we use pallet delivery. The delivery tims is longer. See pallet delivery.

  2. PALLET Delivery -  1 Man Delivery Service For Barbecues Over 30KG (delivery 1 or 2 weeks )
    The majority of deliveries weighing more than 30 kg are delivered on a (wooden) pallet, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. The delivery will not be able to bear the deliveries via the stairs or down not wearing / drive from the barbeque by the house, etc., do not drive the pallet across a gravel driveway / road or by a special steep driveways / off etc. Unfortunately, the conveyor is not able to remove items from the pallet or open or take the pallet return. The driver will only be able to physically place the pallet as much as possible but that can also be even the main road.

    For pallet deliveries can assume that the delivery will be made with a long truck, please contact us if there is weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access, before your order is shipped. We can then make alternative arrangements, if this is not done the result in a failed delivery. The extra costs for a new delivery will be charged to the client that the order has ordered.   3. Shipment fee
    Our costs are equal to the shipping cost by set, plus the applicable VAT rate. The cost depends on the weight of the goods ordered. When stating your order you will see exactly what the shipping costs. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS NOT IN ROUTE OF THE TRANSPORTER (UPS) THEN IT COULD BE THAT YOU HAVE TOP PAY EXTRA SHIPMENT FEE.

  4. Delivery in Europe | Outside Europa

    We supply our products in Europe. If your country is not in the list of shipping countries, please contact our customer service.

  5. Trace your shipment
    You will receive a Track & Trace code of the courier.

  6. Payment methods
    You can pay in various ways through MultiSafePay and PayPal. You can select the appropriate payment method for you. Do you want to cancel your purchase, this can of course. You should contact, by email or through a ticket. Within 14 days of its receipt contact. The item should be unused, unopened in original state. You must pay the shipping costs your selve.

  7. Do I have warranty on my product? And how is the warranty handeld?

    We give a warranty on the products. The minimum duration of the manufacturer's warranty is according to European law for consumers. This warranty covers repair or replacement of products which, through no fault of the user fails to meet. If defects occur after delivery of the product within 30 days, which are demonstrably attributable to the product, we will send the defective product to the manufacturer or distributor to determine the defect and the conclusion. After the 30 day period, you can send the product for repair.
